Right now we are working on our new products for '08. I'm incredibly excited about them. Now I can't say anything or even hint about what's coming out until everything hits the scene. After all, when we first came up with the ORIGINAL design of our Reversible Tutu there wasn't anything like it on the market. Now when you google reversible tutu, you'll have to sift through tons of links with imitations. In fact some of them don't even bother to change the copy I wrote for our website—they lift full sentences. Where's the imagination, creativity or pride in that?
I suppose imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. It just makes us work harder to stay fresh and one step ahead.
But quite honestly all of this covertness about our new stuff is killing me. I am not good with keeping secrets—especially ones that I'm excited about. But I'm learning...quickly.
So keep your eyes out for some new EBK items to hit the scene in the coming months. Until then, my lips are sealed.

Well, I cannot wait to see the new products! You are always an innovator. I am wondering happened, though, as I signed up for Classic Play a while ago and did not receive this issue? Hmmm.....
I detest copying. I have noticed my items being copied lately, too. Each time, my eyes bulge and I exclaim- hey, that's MY idea!
....and I don't think it is flattering, just plain laziness! How's that for venting?:-)
Nobody copies me! Of course, if you copy a journalist, it's known as plaigarism, so maybe that has something to do with it. Either that, or I'm not copy-worthy! LOL
Anyway, can't wait to see what you come up with!
Cheryl, I'm sure you're totally copyable ;)
Jamie, I guess we should feel some sort of solace that we are indeed copy worthy. As DH put it the other night, you can't be a trend setter without the result of having people copy what you do.
amen sista. i am eagerly awaiting your new top secret designs! hope your holiday was wonderful. angie
