Fifteen years ago today, a boy and girl went on a date to see
Pet Cemetery II (one of the worst movies ever). Eight years later they married and two years after that their first baby was born. Three more and the birth of their second child made them a family of four. So here's to us and to that awful stink of a movie, Pet Cemetery II.
Bon Anniversaire!

Happy Anniversary!! But, um, Pet Cemetary for a first date? How romantic! LOL
Happy Anniversary!! Yep - our first date was that awful movie "The Crush". We actually walked out on it (1st and last time I've ever done that).
Here's to bad movies building great foundations!! Have a great one :-)
Leslie— here, here!
We joke about what a crummy movie it was all the time. I looked it up on IMDB today and one of the quotes from the movie was: Jeff, I love you. Stay with me, Dead Is BETTER! DEAD IS BETTER! STAY WITH ME, OH GOD!
See Cheryl, it was totally romantic LOLOLOLOL! Zombies + dead animals = 2 hearts beating as one
Hello! I have to add that on my first date (double date) with my husband, we rented "The Excorcist" and "My Cousin Vinnie!" It was an all-night date and in the morning we all went to Lake Alice (on the campus of UF) and watched the sun rise. We celebrated our 10th on the 16th.
you know, now that i'm thinking about it, our first date was also a movie! We saw American Beauty. (Future) DH said "I didn't get it" about the movie afterwards. I ended up marrying him anyway! ;)
OK, must defend our (horrible) choice for a first date movie. Jen was only 16, and I a mere 17. Ah...young love.
...and I should mention our tastes have matured...
Have they? Didn't you just say you were on a terrible movie watching spree right now...something about watching a scene with a guy using a machine gun to cut an umbilical cord? Hmmmm.....
It's okay, I still love you ;)
