You're WAY too kind! It's actually not my favorite picture of me. I have some from the same day where I'm looking all serious which I thought were cooler but Dave asked me to post this one b/c it's the "gentler/softer/I-don't-look-like-I-hate-you" face." I have a tendency to make what he calls my "B****-face" which looks like I hate all things without realizing it. So I guess this picture in particular spoke to him. LOL!
LOVE the picture! You look gorgeous! And the ones in the other post with your kids is too cute - looks like a great time was had by all!
Lol about your B****Face. Apparently I have the same thing but Dieter is a little more diplomatic - he calls it my serious face. Unfortunately Helena has inherited it too. If the girl isn't smiling she can look downright miserable at times.
I am very good friends with a woman now, who when she first met me, thought I was one of the most intimidating people she had ever met - all because of my "serious face". We laugh about it now. For those who know me, I am anything but intimidating lol.
J, I get the same thing all the time...about the intimidating thing. I think it's ridiculous but I hear it a lot.
One of my close friends did NOT like me at first. She's now both of my children's godmother! LOL!!
Oh and yes, Ellie has inherited my "look." Ah well. Maybe she'll master it and use it to her advantage unlike me ;)
