Okay, so the last post made it sound like I don't do much with my little rugrats except sit around and watch telly all day. Well, as a matter of fact we had a lovely little outing a couple weeks ago. In celebration of the nice weather we decided to pack ourselves up and off a-blueberry-picking we went. We met up with the kids' godmother and her little baby girl.
Ellie and Jonah enjoyed the berries right off the bushes. Well, actually if I'm being fair, Jonah enjoyed his off the ground. It didn't seem to matter to him a lick that they had a little dirt on them. Ahhh, the joys of being one! After the blueberries we made our way over to the raspberries. The raspberries were delicious and between Ellie, Jonah and me, we ate the entire pint in two days. Unfortunately, we forgot to save some for Daddy. We felt bad about it, but collectively our tummies overruled our ettiqute and frankly, who are we to argue with our tummies? Luckily, we did wind up with lots of blueberries though...a round of blueberries for everyone! And we'll just have to plan another trip for some raspberries. This time we'll get two pints! Mmmmmmm!
